2. How do I file my document?

You may bring your documents to the Clerk’s Office for filing or send the documents to our office by mail. Please be aware that in general, the documents will be filed as of the day they are received in this office, not the date of a postmark. If there is a filing fee for that document, the fee must be paid at the time of filing. In the near future, you will also be able to e-file documents in this court. Watch for updates on the Clerk’s Office website. Click here for filing fees. If mailing your documents, please do not send cash for your fee.
