1. How can I be reimbursed for attorneys’ fees for filing my case?
After the decision on the case, if the court granted fees, the attorney may file
a document with the Supreme Court listing his/her hourly fees and expenses.
After the time for any objections to be filed has passed, an order will issue
regarding the amount of the fees. [See Rule 21, Rules of Civil Appellate
Procedure.]

2. Can I be reimbursed for costs of filing my case?
Costs may be awarded to the party that wins the case and a request for those
costs may be filed in the Supreme Court after the case is decided. [See Rule 21,
Rules of Civil Appellate Procedure.

3. How can filing fees be paid and how much are they?
You will need to pay the filing fee by check, cash, money order or cashier’s
check at the time your document is filed. If you are mailing your documents,
please do not send cash. See
