Welcome to Electronic Document Management Policy Group (a subcommittee of the Commission on Technology)

Mission Statement:  The EDM Policy Group will:

1.  Identify unresolved policy issues necessary to enable any Arizona court to plan and implement electronic filing and document management, which are common to all Arizona courts or otherwise appropriate for resolution on a statewide basis,

2.  Suggest a resolution to these issues and recommend their endorsement by the Commission on Technology, and

3.  Draft all documents, reports, and proposed administrative orders, court rule or statutory changes necessary to effect such policy.
