An Administrative Order establishing the Complex Civil Litigation Court Evaluation Committee was filed on November 22, 2002.  The committee is charged with monitoring and evaluating the complex litigation divisions operating in the Superior Court in Maricopa County on a pilot basis.

The committee was formed following results reported to the Arizona Judicial Council by the Committee to Study Complex Litigation in October 2002.  Administrative Order No. 2006-123 extended the term of this committee and the pilot program to December 31, 2008
